You get up in the morning and the first thing you want is a cup of coffee. Well here is another beverage that you can start your day with- its refreshing, its organic and its healthy. Oh Oh…healthy, that word…don’t be scared of it . We have to stop treating our body like a rubbish bin. Its the only body we have so we have to take care of it. Try it and let me know.

Start your morning with this belly flattening juice! It’s my favorite!
1 cucumber
3 celery stalks
1 lemon
1 cup of coconut water

Blend all the ingredients and enjoy! Thats’ it.


  1. Since my blood pressure is high, I am trying to be better to my body. Among adding a 30 minute workout (sometimes 2) to my day, I have also been drink this every morning since last Monday, I add two teaspoons of beet root powder which has helped lower my bp and it works!     • Fantastic and you are only using powder beetroot. What if you were using the actual beetroot itself? Gradually you will see a loss of weight as well. Be careful as with exercise, reduced and managed eating as well as this beverage it is guaranteed to make you loose a lot of pounds. Cheers


      • Everything is to be done in moderation. Some people develop adverse effects of diarrhea, intestinal symptoms and other related dietary side effects. I would suggest you take it moderately at first to see how your body reacts and then use it accordingly.

        As usual no dietary supplements should be taken without your doctor’s advise or information.


    • Hello Fabiola you can drink once a week to detok or twice a week to loose weight. To loose weight use as a meal replacement, si instead of a snack at 11am drink to replace that snack.


  2. Am I suppose to peal the cucumber and lemons or leave the peelings on and blend it with everything else? How long will it take for me to see the results?

      Yes please peel the lemon for juice only but the cucumber does not need to be peeled. As a matter of fact it is better with the skin on- better ruffage. With good eating, less carbs, less starch, less fat, more white meat like fish, turkey, chicken , beans, vegetables and good quantity you should see results in about 7 days, but remember you have to get some movement in the mix. Like walking, for about 20 minutes. You have to move, eat right and eat often in SMALL portions.When you feel hungry in the late evenings like 8pm to 9pm eat tuna or make a sandwich using whole wheat bread or if you want a power drink- 2 tablespoon of raw Oats, 1/2 cucumber, slice of pineapple, 1 low fat yogurt, 1 tablespoon of peanut butter , drop of cinnamon, drop of vanilla, cup of ice, cup of water and will thank me later for that. Take care and eat healthy. Remember its not how much you eat, its WHAT you eat that counts. P.S..remember to drink water and if you have a problem drinking water then add a drop of lemon juice or a teaspoon of syrup. Enjoy
